At A3 Mortgage Services, our mission is to make the mortgage process simple and stress-free. We provide personalised, transparent, and expert guidance, helping our clients make confident financial decisions. By offering access to a wide range of lending options, clear and honest advice, and ongoing support, we’re here for you every step of the way.
We are a family-run business based in Surrey, established in 2016 by our principal, Heidi, who brings over 45 years of financial experience. We provide whole-of-market mortgage advice, as well as protection advice from a wide panel of insurers.

We pride ourselves on offering honest, clear guidance and a personalised service tailored to your individual needs. Our bespoke approach ensures you receive the best possible support throughout the home-buying process, along with ongoing advice throughout the entire mortgage term. We will contact you when your current rate is coming to an end to help secure a new deal, and we will also review your protection cover whenever changes are made to your mortgage or personal circumstances, ensuring the correct level of cover is always in place.

Founder & Lead Principal
Heidi has worked in the financial industry since 1982. She became a broker in 2006, providing mortgage and protection advice to clients, and went on to establish A3 Mortgages in 2016. Since then growing the business to help customers nationwide.

​Hannah has been in the banking industry since 2010, beginning her career with Halifax. She later decided to pursue her passion for mortgages and joined the family business, obtaining her CeMAP qualification in 2021. Since then, she has grown within the business and is now a director, bringing extensive experience and expertise to the team.

​With 9 years of experience in the financial industry, starting out in foreign exchange and progressing through the sector, along with prior background working as a letting agent, Matt obtained his CeMAP qualification in 2021 and joined A3 Mortgages as a Financial Advisor. His customer-focused approach and genuine passion for helping clients make him a valuable addition to the team.
